Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations slated for tomorrow will be held as per previous routine despite political tensions centring a court verdict against BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia.
The four exams slated for tomorrow are of religious education, said Shahedul Khabir Chowdhury, acting chairman of Dhaka Education Board.
The exams will be held amid apprehension among the students and guardians of political tension regarding the verdict.
Asked why the exam date has not been deferred due to Khaleda Zia’s graft case verdict, Chowdhury said they have no instructions to this effect.
Hundreds of law enforcers will be deployed to avert any untoward incident in Dhaka and across the country tomorrow.
